A scene from the Pisgah National Forest in the area of Rosman, NC. The water was this wonderful green color - perhaps it contained some mineral that imparted the color. The title refers to the shadow of the photographer and his buddy visible on the rock. These rock glisten due to their high content of mica.

I didn't get your caption but saw the shadows. Then I read your commentary. Nice one, Bud.

What an interesting green color for the water. Your comment explains it of course (otherwise I would have assumed PS was involved).

Beautiful color of the water. Is there moss on the bottom?

There did not appear to be any moss, Donna - just this odd color.
