
Here is another image featuring a female wood duck that raised four little ones in Brookside Gardens two years ago. This is a combination of treatments - one on the areas surrounding the duck and another on the duck. This shows the fantastic color patterns on a female wood duck that are normally hidden when her wings are closed.

I'm so impressed with the wonderful blues in the feathers. The catchlight in the eye grabs attention very well...and the rest of the picture is very enjoyable. Nice processing.

I love the picture, but I think the colored framing competes with the duck for attention. I think either a neutral frame or no frame would be better.
