Here is the mangy fox and the gaggle of geese that I mentioned in yesterday's post. The fox was intent on finding something to eat and was not paying much attention to the geese. They had formed this protective wad to prevent an attack from the fox and also seemed curious about what it was hunting.

The poor little fox has lost his pants. Oh, dear. He looks more like an armadillo wearing an orange sweater... or someone's lost chihuahua. Hmmmmm.

I've seen a few fox around here, but sadly, neve when I have my camera. They're pretty thin right now, but none of them look as bad as this guy.
