My wife and I paid a visit to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and found this scene. I will be posting some additional images of this historic area over the next few days.
Location/Date: Along the Shenandoah River near the new Rt. 340 Bridge just upriver from Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, November 4, 2007.

A fine river scene. I like how the water is a major part of the picture. Fine colors. A nice time of year to shoot this famous place.

I would love to follow you around for a day, and go to these beautiful places. Especially the settings with water. Great shot!

A lovely Autumn river scene. I visited Harpers Ferry in 1998. My objective is to visit all of the major Civil War sites.
