Floral Layers

Floral Layers

Here are some more floral layers that appealed to me as I strolled through the gardens that I frequent. I really like the dark ornamental peppers but they are difficult to photograph among the brighter surrounding plants.

Location/Date: Trial Garden, Brookside Gardens, October 23, 2007.

A fine shot of this foliage. I especially like the complimentary contrast of the green and purples. Very attractive image.

Nice picture. The purple and lime are striking. Landscaping has come a long way.

This last series is wonderful. Love all the bright colours. It's getting pretty dull up here now that the leaves are disappearing fast.
