This pair of images shows how an image of some maple leaves hanging in front of an evergreen tree was transformed into a digital art creation. The top panel shows the image after normal processing while the lower panel shows the results after the removal of unwanted leaves and selective application of several effects using Photoshop. Another digital art creation is born!
This was honored as Image of the Week on the Digital Creations Forum of NatureScapes.net for the week of June 21, 2007.
Tomorrow will bring a couple of images of young gorillas at the National Zoo.
