In the top panel we see momma having an intimate moment with one of her offspring - looks almost like a kiss. In the middle panel we see that ducklings are born with a playful nature - this little fellow is pulling on one of momma's tail feathers - or is he wanting to get her attention to ask when they are going to eat? The bottom panel shows the ducklings totally ignoring all the commotion going on around them as school children rim the pool to get a look at the new arrivals. It was interesting to note that the duckling had no fear of people - not sure that is totally natural behavior.
You might want to check out a video I shot of the family swimming and feeding - even shows the tail feather pulling by the one in the middle panel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iqm7VN2pEk
Tomorrow we will see the duckling exploring the plants in the Gardens for something to eat. And to end this saga, a final group photo of the 'potted' duck family.

This amature tried to come up with an objective criticism. Maybe next time.
