Some of the ducklings soon found that they could use the stone ramp that the Garden's staff built for them (thanks again Jim, Kathy and Lisa) to get back into the pool. In the top panel we see a duckling looking at its reflection (I can just hear it wondering who that cute little fuzz ball is) and in the bottom panel we see a duckling using the ramp as a water slide - whee! With this discovery, the duckling were now free to leave and re-enter the pool without the trauma of having to jump off the lip (mostly a problem for the runt).
Tomorrow we will see some antics of the runt of the litter as it deals with the exit ramp from the pool.
