After monitoring Suzie Mallard incubating her 10 eggs for almost a month, the day finally arrived when I was greeted by a pot full of ducklings - six hatched at midday and another during that night.Momma is off feeding allowing a view of five of the newborn ducklings and three of the remaining unhatched eggs.
Tomorrow I will show momma in the nest with the ducklings and you will see just how crowded this tulip pot nest becomes!
